Positive: The staff were very, very helpful, and very nice.
Negative: Our electronic devices were able to connect to the hotel's free wifi. But most of the time our devices said "connected with limited service" or "connected, no internet service". Only very occasionally we were able to use the internet for a short while. The problem was definitely not due to our devices, because the mobile phones of mine, my partner's, and our tablets, all 4 devices, of different types and brands, could not use the internet. We ended up using our own global roaming instead of the hotel's free wifi. The front desk staff tried her best to help, by showing me how her own mobile phone wifi settings were done exactly the same way and was able to use the internet. But that didn't work for me. The hotel must get technical people to sort this problem out. Another thing I didn't like is that the shower heads, both the handheld one and the overhead one, were old and cloggy. Also, the design of the tap was bad. When you turn the tap, it has to go through the process "weak and cold... moderate and cold...stronger and warm...very strong and very hot". That means if the hotel guest want to start showering with "moderate and warm", or if you want to shower with water "strong and warm", it is impossible by design.
